RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

• You have the right to return your Real Mad Honey product(s) to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we can only accept unopened packaging. We will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs, within 7 days after receipt of your return package, to the bank account known to us.
• If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier upon notification. Please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund or send a replacement until the carrier’s investigation is complete. The investigation process typically takes 14 business days, but this timeframe may vary depending on the carrier. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
• If a package is returned to Real Mad Honey because the customer did not pick it up on time or refused delivery, the order will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
• The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete name and address details when placing an order. Any additional costs incurred due to errors in the provided information will not be reimbursed.
• If you receive a product that is damaged, please ensure that you take immediate action. Photographs of the damage must be taken and sent to us via email at info@realmadhoney.com as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the product has been delivered. Please keep the damaged product available for inspection or return until the issue is resolved. We may request additional information or steps to be taken in order to process your claim effectively.

• Real Mad Honey reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue or close the website or any aspect or feature of the website for any reason including but not limited to repair and maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.
